The Hayward House Civilities:

Room Rates: $120 per night, single or double occupancy, subject to 11% sales and room tax. A two night minimum stay may be required.

Check-in: Between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.

Check-out: 11:00 a.m.

Smoking: In deference to everyone’s comfort and safety, smoking is not permitted.

To guarantee your reservation: A deposit check for 50% of the total room charges must be received seven days from the date the reservation is made. Balance is due before check-out. Sorry, we are not accepting credit cards at this time.
 
Cancellation: You may cancel fourteen days or more before your date of arrival. If cancelled less than fourteen days before your arrival, we will only refund the deposit if the room is rebooked.

Last minute reservations: If you are planning at the last minute and we are full, please check Finger Lakes Vacation or Finger Lakes Bed & Breakfast Association for other B&B listings with availability.

Children: Please ask us about our policy.

Pets: We have a friendly dog and 2 outdoor cats on the premises, but we can not accommodate your pet. We highly recommend day-care or overnight boarding with Paws & Whiskers, conveniently located just a few miles away.
