Room rates : Rates are based on single or double occupancy, subject to 11% sales and room tax.
Friday and Saturday nights : include a full, 3 course, homemade breakfast.
Sunday - Thursday: reduced rate, and includes farm-fresh, self-service breakfast of seasonal fruit, a baked egg entreé, homemade breads and baked goods, yogurt and granola.

Minimum night stay :  A two night minimum stay may be required. For extended stays or last minute reservations, please call us.

Check-in / Check-out : Check-in: Between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.  Check-out: 11:00 a.m.

Reserving your room : We require credit card authorization to reserve your room. We will charge your credit card for the full amount of your reservation costs 14 days prior to your arrival date.  We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover.

Cancellation policy:  If you cancel your reservation within 14 days of your arrival date, we will issue a refund only if we are able to rebook the room.  If you are using a Gift Certificate and cancel your reservation within 14 days of your arrival date, and we are able to rebook the room, you may use your certificate at another time. If we are unable to rebook the room, you will forfeit the full value of your gift certificate.  No cash refunds will be issued for the unused gift certificate balance.  Any unused balances will result in the issue of another gift certificate equal to the unused amount with the same terms and conditions.

Smoking : In deference to everyone's comfort and safety, smoking and/or the use of candles is not permitted.

Children : Only if all rooms are reserved by the same party.

Pets : We have a friendly dog and outdoor cats on the premises, but we can not accommodate your pet in our home.
